These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of our website, digital products, and services provided by Angela Giakas of Art of Influence Pty Ltd. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Angela Giakas and Art of Influence Pty Ltd. These Terms also cover our social media accounts, digital platforms (including Skool), emails, and any related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By purchasing any product or accessing any service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.

Client’s Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase from the Company, you agree to abide by the stated Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). We kindly request that you carefully review these Terms before completing your purchase with Art of Influence Pty Ltd.

SECTION 1: REFUND POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS

Refund Policy: The Art of Influence
Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate access to all course materials, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Once enrolled, you gain access to protected content including lectures, templates, downloads, and community discussions that cannot be returned. This policy applies regardless of whether or not you access or complete the course.

Skool Platform Access
The Art of Influence is hosted via Skool. All course access, materials, and community engagement occur within this platform. Any reference to Thinkific in prior materials is now obsolete.

Processing Fees
When you enroll, your payment is processed through a third-party provider and incurs non-refundable transaction fees. These are not recoverable in the case of accidental purchases or duplicate orders.

Payment Terms
By submitting payment information at checkout, you authorize us and our third-party processor to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or dispute charges with your bank or card issuer. Any such attempt may result in removal from the course and further action to recover the full amount owed, including legal or collection fees.

SECTION 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within The Art of Influence and our Site is the intellectual property of Angela Giakas and Art of Influence Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials for your own educational purposes.

You are prohibited from using our Site, Products, and/or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when accessing or using our Site, Products, and/or Services, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.

Modifying, reverse engineering, framing, mirroring, or adapting any part of the Site or Products is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you must not interfere with the operation of the Site or Products, or take actions that render the Site or our Products/Services inoperable. Transmitting viruses, worms, or any harmful code is also prohibited. The use of the Site, Products, and/or Services in a manner that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or offensive to others is strictly prohibited.

Creating a false identity or user account, impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting yourself in any way to us is not allowed. Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of our Services and the license granted to you for using our Products.

SECTION 3: NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of applying what you learn inside The Art of Influence. Your success depends on many personal factors, including your effort, application, and individual business circumstances.

By enrolling, you agree that you are solely responsible for your results, and that no refund will be provided based on lack of outcome.

SECTION 4: NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make any defamatory, critical, or false statements publicly or privately about the Company, its products, services, or team. This includes any posts on social media or communication to third parties. This clause remains in effect even after access to the program has ended.

SECTION 5: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angela Giakas and Art of Influence Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, course, or services.

SECTION 6: EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Any income or financial claims made within the course, website, or social media channels are not guaranteed outcomes. Your earning potential is dependent on factors outside our control. We make no guarantees of income, success, or financial return through the use of our Product or Services.
